The Maximus has been conceived out of the principles of managing costs, increasing benefits and increasing productivity. The Baling machine forms square bottom bales of one, two, or three columns of packages. The Allen Bradley PLC allows perfect synchronisation with vertical packers or flow packs

Reel drive belt with gear motors(controlled by AB PLC and adjusted by AB HMI), synchronised with optimised adjustment system providing uniform package tracking by the belts actuation

An easy to operate, Allen Bradley full colour Command panel, displays the main adjustments of the machines and also indicates production statistical data, maintenance support and failure messages

Forming assembly with quick change, does not need adjustment when changing formats

Robust vertical seal with quick adjustment levers, with graduate scales and resources of alignment in all senses

The Jaw open-close system guides are maintenance free and jaws are fully adjustable

Bale support table with half turn handles for quick height setting

Square bottom with quick and easy lances adjustment

Sensors ensure that the machine stops automatically when the material roll is finished
